MeetingMap ("we," "us," or "our") is a meeting agenda tool operated by Michael Reynolds LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use meetingmap.app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Google Calendar data: When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events (names, dates, times, and attendee email addresses) solely to display them within MeetingMap and allow you to attach agendas to them. We request read-only access to your calendar.
• Meeting agendas and templates: Content you create within the app, including agenda items and reusable templates, stored securely in your account.
• Usage data: Basic information such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the MeetingMap service.
• Display your Google Calendar events within the app so you can attach agendas to them.
• Send transactional emails such as account verification and password reset messages.
• Improve, debug, and develop new features for MeetingMap.

We do not sell your personal information or Google Calendar data to third parties. We do not use your Google data to serve advertising.

3. Google Calendar Access

MeetingMap's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We request read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly scope).
• We do not store your Google Calendar data on our servers. Calendar events are fetched in your browser session and are not persisted beyond your active session.
• We do not share your Google Calendar data with any third parties.
• You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Settings page in MeetingMap.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data and agenda content are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Your data is protected with row-level security policies, meaning only you can access your own content. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Google Calendar access tokens are held only in your browser's memory during your active session and are never written to our database or sent to our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers: We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from Settings.
• Export your agenda data.

7. Cookies

MeetingMap uses browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

MeetingMap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
